Through the 1950s and 1960s the company steadily grew to become the UK’s market leader in the manufacture of high integrity fasteners from high quality and exotic materials in the defence, nuclear and offshore markets.

Through the 1970s and up to 2000 Arnold Wragg grew steadily, manufacturing high integrity fasteners from high quality and exotic materials in the various markets.
Arnold Wragg History: 2003

The Specialist Technologies Aerospace Group (STAG) purchased Arnold Wragg in 2003 along with the rights to the Philidas Locking Nuts. This has built on Wragg’s core business and created a new growth sector in the aerospace and defence market.
The business has continued to grow and invest in people and machinery with the significant events of approval to BS EN9100 (also known as AS9100) in 2003.
Arnold Wragg History: 2004
The business moved to its new facility at Sheffield’s Parkway Business Park in 2004.
Arnold Wragg History: 2006
Arnold Wragg continued to grow and gain industry approval on many products such as GKN Aerospace in 2006 and BAE Systems in 2006.

In 2009 Arnold Wragg continued to grow and obtain prestigious approvals from Rolls Royce SABRE.

In 2010 Arnold Wragg became the sole manufacturer of the acclaimed Eco-Stud product.
