STAG wins prestigious direct line feed contracts	8th August 2006

SpecialistTECHNOLOGIES - part of the STAG Group - has won prestigious contracts with Heathtecna and Contour, both Premium Aircraft Interiors Group companies, for the provision of twin-bin Kan-Ban supply systems.

STAG introduces an RFID Automatic Stock Replenishment System	3rd August 2006

Specialist Technologies Ltd - part of the STAG Group - have introduced the twin-bin Kan-Ban supply systems for Heathtecna and Contour which will incorporate an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) facility that will lead to a live side direct line feed capability. The remote bin surveillance provided by RFID will automatically inform specialistTECHNOLOGIES, who will replenish stock using the unique Hurst Green "Twin-Bin" product that has already enabled many world-class aerospace organisations to achieve impressive cost reductions whilst significantly improving line stock control.

Specialist Technologies Aerospace Group (STAG) is an international company with operations in England, France and the USA specialising in the supply management of components, parts and equipment to the aerospace and defence market. STAG is a �benchmark supplier� for the UK Defence Logistics Organisation (DLO) having gained a contract for the supply of Aircraft General Spares (AGS) directly to all Royal Air Force Maintenance Units (MU�s). The contract requires STAG to supply items on an �on demand� basis with an availability equivalent to the current DLO supply priority system and has resulted in substantial reductions of AGS inventories at the DLO central depot and the 70+ Maintenance Units (MU�S).
